Discovery exam - how can you get a voucher for it?

I am planning to attend the Discovery Fundamentals training end of February and I shall get a voucher after completing it.

How do I get another voucher in case I fail the certification exam? I do not plan to fail, of course, just wondering how to obtain another one as there is no available simulator for Discovery at the moment and I do not mean to pay the retake fee...

Hi there,

To take the exam for the first time, you would need a voucher. No voucher, no exam. For retakes, no voucher is needed, though it would cost $150 + TAX. Obviously, if you could get your hands on another voucher, the retake will be free.

A voucher can be optained through:
- The Discovery Fundamentals class, which is a 3-day course
- The Self-Paced: Discovery Fundamentals course on NowLearning (not sure if this is only for partners): https://nowlearning.service-now.com/lxp?id=overview&sys_id=4c7ffcdf13233b002ff55eff3244b04e&type=cou...

I am attending the Discovery Fundamentals class at the end of the month, I will get the voucher right after.

After your reply it is clear that the only way of doing a retake is either paying for it, or trying to get another voucher from someone who has got one available.

Yes indeed. Or I don't know if you work for a ServiceNow partner. But if so, the Self-Paced Discovery course is free. So you could get a free (extra) voucher that way.
