Do I need Voucher for exam

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to schedule the admin certificate course and it is requiring a voucher code. I took the course over a year ago and don't have my voucher code. Plus, I am assuming it expired after 6 months. Does anyone know how I can just purchase the course without a code?

thanks so much!

Gemma

Hi @jemcconnell

I beleive this is a known issue when people who have an expired voucher on their account take the course again. The only way to resolve this is to open a case through Now Learning (click the 'help center' tab).

@Gemma4 Voucher codes are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. If you received this voucher after completing the course on Now learning then you can find it using the below steps.

If you can't locate it despite following the steps then you can raise a case with now learning support.

Hope this helps.

Hello;

I am in the same boat.  I just completed my course CSA fundamentals and all required training.  I  got the badge (my old CSA expired in 2021) but can't seem to get a new voucher ID.  The old 2020/21 is from my previous company, which may not matter.  The NowLeaning keeps repeating the same line to click retake but the ID is expired.

What do I do?

Hello Simon,

I was able to have the issue resolved.

As you said, this is a one-off and a glitch in the matrix, as it were, with the workflow.  Maybe someone will fix it someday.  A good test case, no?

Much thanks!

Glad to hear it's resolved @jemcconnell. And yes, hopefully a fix for this issue is on someone's to-do list. Best of luck with the exam!
