Do I need Voucher for exam

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to schedule the admin certificate course and it is requiring a voucher code. I took the course over a year ago and don't have my voucher code. Plus, I am assuming it expired after 6 months. Does anyone know how I can just purchase the course without a code?

Hi @Gemma4, 

Unfortunately vouchers expire after 12 months. Your only option is to enroll in the course again in order to receive another voucher.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.

Validity is 1 yr.

a voucher expires after 1 year not 6 months. Furthermore, if you would like to get the certification, you first need to take all the required training at https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id.... Post completion, you need to claime and purchase the voucher, so that you can book your exam.
