Documentation Sections and Document Templates in BCM

While working on BCPs in ServiceNow, I noticed that Documentation Sections are best suited for static, reusable content like Acronyms and Introduction. These sections are part of the BCP record (sn_bcp_plan) and allow easy inline editing during the planning phase.
On the other hand, Document Templates are used to generate formal, formatted documents (PDF/HTML) — ideal for dynamic content like Impact Analysis or Recovery Strategy that may need to be shared or signed.
Both serve different purposes: one for internal structuring, the other for external presentation.
