Duplicate Records are created in ServiceNow Enhancements table from ADO

Hi,

I have installed Microsoft Azure DevOps Integration for Agile Development plugin and configured as per the document for custom table mapping.

After carefully doing the configuration when I create a story in ADO it is creating 2 records in Enhancement table.

My version of the plugin is 1.5.4.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

The issue is on your instance, not in the instructions. If you don't share your code, we can't help.
