Hi,

I've a partner account in ServiceNow, I changed my email and no longer have access to now learning, instance and unable to edit email field in partner portal. can we merge old email with new one. if so, someone drop the process.

You cannot update your email ID in partner portal account. 

 

First, everything can be linked to your Webassessor account. So first update your Websassessor Email ID with your personal email like like Gmail. (Login Id cannot be changed but email ID can be changed). So if any communication or verification comes, it comes to your personal account.

 

Second, If your new Company or current company is ServiceNow Partner, create your account on Nowlearning and Partner Portal from your Company email ID

 

Third, you have to link your webassessor account to your company Nowlearning account. Profile > My Preferences > Webassessor Email Address. Check the Screenshot below.

If you get any error why update Webassessor email ID, you try to login to nowlearning portal using your same personal email ID in different browser or incognito mode and remove or delink your webasssessor account from there. (Remove email ID from Webassessor email ID).

Wait for 48 hours to delink it. 

 

Then try to again link your webassessor email ID (email ID and not login ID) with your company NowLearning account as mentioned in third point.

 

Still if you face the issue, it means your have to delink from your old partner nowlearning portal. As you won;t have access. you need to raise Support Case where you can mention your Webassessor personal Email ID which you updated in First Step and your old partner account email ID so they can delink on your behalf.

NOTE: It may be little time taking as now days ServiceNow don't reply or resolve Cases quickly. They take time so you may have to follow up with them.
