Hello Team,
I created case for extension of my delta exam, and I got the extension of one week, but now I am facing issue with making payment, I am entering the details but getting error like - "Unable to process your transaction, Please open a Case for assistance."
Requesting you please help me on this ASAP.
anybody having answer about this then please tell me.

create case from now learning platform and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.
