Lift Off Knowledge Challenge Issue

I hope you are doing well.

I have received the email as selected as winner for phase 1  I have not yet received the winner declaration email. I have been closely monitoring my inbox (including spam/junk folders), but there has been no communication regarding the results.

I have also reached out to Real Time Media for clarification; however, I have not received a concrete response so far. As someone who successfully completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 within the given timeline, this situation is quite concerning and disheartening. I have been consistently following up and was eagerly awaiting this announcement.

I sincerely request your assistance in looking into this matter at the earliest. I would not want to miss any important communication due to this delay, especially after completing the challenge on time and fulfilling all requirements.

Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end to help resolve this issue.

I hope you realize that you received the email from the ServiceNow University team and are now complaining on the Community about not getting any follow ups? The chance anyone from the University team is checking posts on the community is small. You'd better raise a case on NowLearning to get them involved directly.

You should have received an email to complete the verification. I received the same email and completed that step.

Real Time Media should be able to help you. It was last week when I completed all the-related steps. The email will include a link to submit the required information.
