Hello community.
I am halfway through the "Welcome to ServiceNow" course in the System Administrator credential path.

I have used all my instances. I have opened a case but I was only given 1 more instance which does not help me finish the course.
I was not aware that the instances take awhile to wake up.
I thought I had done something wrong and closed and reopened. I also opened the same task more than once to practice exercises.
I am now aware that each task gets 1 instance.

I want to finish this course. Is there a way to reset the course I am in? I don't mind starting again, more practice for me. If I can't reset the course can I reset my account? Or start an older or newer version of the course? Thanks for the help in advance.

try signout the now learning portal and log in again. and Start your Course again. Please try to terminate one instance that is not on your use, because servicenow only provides 2 instances while learning or enrolling in course at a same time. PFB screenshot.

Hi, thanks for your time. I checked and I do not have any active instances according to the chatbot.

Seems you already have few instance from SN and i.e. reason you are getting this error.  Please log a Now Learning case.
