Exam Rescheduling

I've scheduled my current exam on 15th November 2025 on webessor, however, since the new platform for scheduling exams is coming up, I'm, unable to reschedule the exam to a future date, please assist on how the same is to be done .

Since you have long enough time left for the exam, I would recommend to create a support case with Now Learning Help Center from below link and request guidance from ServiceNow team

Hello @MrigankaSeC ,

There is transition scheduled for web assessor so after  Monday, November 17, 2025.  , you can able register  new exam.

So, If i don't appear for the exam scheduled on 15th November, will the exam voucher not still remain , or will it be flushed?
