Exam voucher not working in webassessor

I have completed ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals instructor led training 23rd Aug 2024 I received Exam voucher for CSA Certified System Administrator I tried using in webassessor portal it didnt worked. Error i get is "Exam is a retake attempt or you were previously certified. A voucher can not be applied. You must pay the fee or submit a case to ServiceNow." I already added webassessor name in now learning portal as well. Seeking your expertise in this please.

Did you use this voucher earlier? If no, please log a case, As today is 1st day after the maintenance window of Web assessor SN after the exam update so this can be a normal issue. Log a case and the team will help you.

Hi @sathishasho2525, 

I have faced a similar issue last year and raised a ticket, which was resolved by Now Learning team. You can raise a case in Now Learning and they will look into it. This voucher should not have been used before. Since maintenance window is over, this could be a standard issue.

Only advise it what there is already stated: " You must pay the fee or submit a case to ServiceNow".

I am also getting same error for my CIS Event Management Exam and raised a support case with ServiceNow.
