I want to export some incidents to xml in our test environment, save them and re-import once we clone over from production on a monthly basis. I tried to export and import in our dev instance but noticed that all the comments and notes in the activity stream are no longer in the same order. The timestamp is not the same either, which is fine, but I was hoping the sequence would remain. It did not.
Have you experienced this?

Hi Cortney,
I recall hearing something about this a few months back. I verified it on my Helsinki (p1) instance a few moments ago.
Source record activities:
Target record activities:
While mine remained in order, the date on today's comment does not correspond. I recall hearing something about an open PRB on this, but don't have the number. If you call support, they can find it for you.

Apologies, I didn't get a chance to come back to this.
Based on your last post "I've opened the xml file that contains just the one incident from my other instance in an xml editor and can see that all the data is there (actions/names, etc). So it's definitely something in our enterprise instance that's blocking something." I would say you'd should open an incident with us in Customer Support (if not already done so). Whoever takes the incident can then access your instance and try to identify what ACL is blocking you from doing this.

Yea thanks Tim..
I did that last week and have been conversing back and forth with someone. They are going to get with another team to find out what needs to be done.

Hi Allen,
I have similar requirement that i am trying to import XML for some requests and activity stream is not carried over to target instance record. I have tried importing sys_journal_field, sys_audit but that didn't worked.
I am just checking did you find anything for your requirement that might be helpful for me to find out the issue?
Thanks,
Chaitanya
