Can someone please provide the details of how to redo a course? I failed a micro exam 4 times and would like to try again

When you have failed a micro-cert 4 times you will need to retake the associated training again before you will be able to retake the micro-cert again. There would be a minimum 24 hours of wait time between the last time you took the micro-cert and the next time you would be eligible to take it.
If you have waited 24 hours and have retaken the training and are still not able to retake the cert, open a case via the Now Learning portal for further assitance.

Hi Michael,
I am searching for answers and i have come across this. Which is useful thank you but this was 2 years a go and just wondering if any thing has changed thank you.
I have failed Flow Designer Miro Cert 4 times. Waited 48 hours and nothing has happened. When i want to do, the flow designer re enroll on the demand course. it just says Review.
Any suggestions please thank you. I have also put a case over a week a go now
