Failing task validation on Weclome To ServiceNow List and Fliters

Completed all steps, no issues. Task validation keeps failing. Tried 3 different instances, same result.

Hi @Ab999,

your list has a condition "State is not Closed" but it requires to be "Active is True".

Like this - replace the first line with the second, keep the other conditions you have:

You query for State is not closed, but then it might display State is cancelled (if applicable) and those records are not active. So that's why it is not accepted for validation.

I believe that the failed validation for priority may be accepted after this condition is changed, if not, then click the Priority column label once or twice to reorder the records, always try to validate. And about the last part of the rejected validation, I'm not sure. Let me know what it says after you update the query.

EDIT: according to the picture in th top right corner, you are logged in as System Admin, some of the labs require impersonation (Platform User, Abel Tutor, Eric Schroeder, Beth Anglin, Joe Employee ...), be sure that you perofrm the steps as per the right persona, but due to the validation message it doesn't seem so...

It's so awful, and horrible and you probably need to delete everything and start over because they only give you 8 instances for 8 tasks. 🤯
