How helpful have micro certs been for you and in what way?

Hi @RabbiyahH ,

This is based on my experience.

When I start my career in ServiceNow, my knowledge is restricted to customer environment. I was Developing / configuring based on what I know. I made lot of customizations that can be implemented using simple configuration available in ServiceNow.

After I started working on Certifications (both mainline and micro) I learnt best possible option available in ServiceNow platform and quality of my deliverables  are improved.

This will help you to learn new modules released by ServiceNow.

Certifications (Micro and Macro) come with a course ( study material and lab sometimes).

Completing that course make you ready for certification.

Most of ServiceNow courses and labs are very thorough and give you details about the module required for working on that as admin/developer or any other role.
