Hi @RaviSankar54 ,

Flow Name: Name of your flow using which u can easily search your flow among other flows. You can keep the name short & simple (eg. Problem Task Creation)

Description: In description u can define about what the flow is doing like in ur case whtever u have written in Name can be put in description.

Application: Application will be the scope in which you are working. If you are working in a Custom scope App or Global app then those names will appear by default over der.

Protection: There is basically 2 options present in this whether u want your flow to be read only or none(editable by any one of that scope where it is created).

Run As: There are 2 options present in this. you can define how the flow can be run i mean using which user. Whether u want to run the flow using system user or the person who has initiated the request due to which the flow has triggered. You can select either of the case.

Protection & Run As are additional level of security if u want to apply while developing ur flow.

Thanks,

Danish
