I want to know is there any way in SNOW virtual agent bot, where we can display questions to a customer in a form or in a table view like customer's name, phone, age etc. instead of asking each question one by one.
If yes, can we create the form/table in virtual agent designer itself ? Or, can we use the form/table which we created somewhere else in VA designer?
Please help me with the steps. We need to implement a similar kind of approach in our bot where we need to collect multiple information from customer at a time.
