Hi,
I am going through CSA on demand course and I found there is no option to copy information in lab part from ebook to paste it in the instance. This as real disadvantage. I don't want to waste time for typing unimportant text to string fields. Tried on windows app & web application.
Have you guys managed with this inconvenience?

I can understand your point and may this is not allowed to ban the duplicity or piracy.
Any thoughts or team to help here.

Hi @thebananek
Yes, the copy paste is not possible or allowed in eBooks but you can make note in book it self or highlight the text as per wish. But copying it not a possible case.

I don't get ServiceNow approach in this case. It's really annoying limitation... Data for labs should be allowed to copy. I think it's clear and undisputed. I wish from the bottom of my heart that ServiceNow will find better solution.

I understand privacy and all the things related but throwing a wrench in the works for those wanted to learn is not good approach as well. I believe many people would be grateful if you would work out better form of sharing data required to complete labs.
