ServiceNow and MeasureUp partnership
As a result of the partnership between ServiceNow and MeasureUp, you can access practice tests for the following exams:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA),
- Certified App Developer (CAD),
- Certified Implementations Specialist Customer Service Management (CIS CSM)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM))
More to come later in 2026:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR)

- Assessment
- Contains 30 questions from the MeasureUp associated practice test. It does not include explanations or references as this is an assessment-only product,
- 1 or 2 uses only.
- Official practice test includes two different modes:
- Certification Mode enables you to assess your overall readiness and identify knowledge gaps, while
- Practice Mode allows you to focus on strengthening the specific areas that need improvement,
- Available for 30, 60 or 365 days.
