How can I install a plugin onto my learning instance Agile Development 2.0 Simulator Micro Certific

In Agile Development 2.0 Simulator Micro Certification  (Course), there's a lab to be validated about Verify Necessary Plugins Are Active  they ask you to verify is installed, if not you need to install from the service now store

-   Performance Analytics Content Pack for Agile 2.0 (Store application) 

I am trying to install a plugin. I am asked to login for MFA and I am receiving a message that I cannot "login" with my current login and password.

Any solution?

It worked fine for me when I requested a lab instance for this course.

As per screenshot below, 'Performance Analytics Content Pack for Agile 2.0' was the top app to appear when I went to Application Manager > Installed:

I suggest, first, follow the instructions in the lab: 

"Note: if you have trouble finding any of the plugins, go to Lab Management > Enable App Installation and then try the search again."

If that doesn't work, release the lab instance and request a new one.
