How do I complete lab 1.1 for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course

When I first loaded the page, I saw nothing, so I logged back in and this pic showed up:

But that's all I see. There's no download or link of any kind. Nothing that suggests where I'm supposed to get these "class resources". Am I supposed to do something here or is the first test to realize we're being punked and move on?

Hi @jeremyduffy 

For this, did you get the lab instance? If yes the login in lab instance, go to Self - service --> knowledge and there you will get the resources to download. 

Please check in ebook, you will get the instructions as well.

I have the lab instance. I do see the course resources in the Knowledge area, but shouldn't there be some instruction indicating such? For example, you mention the ebook, but I don't have that. When I click on eBook Help, there are instance controls at the top of the page, but then nothing after (it's blank). 

Also, when I try to click the link to download the resources, it says the link has expired.

Agree there must be instruction and i am sure it should be there.  If you get the resources now you can download and start the labs .. mate.
