How do I complete lab 1.1 for ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course

When I first loaded the page, I saw nothing, so I logged back in and this pic showed up:

But that's all I see. There's no download or link of any kind. Nothing that suggests where I'm supposed to get these "class resources". Am I supposed to do something here or is the first test to realize we're being punked and move on?

Apparently, this pic is a reference to a page in the "ebook" which is accessed via instructions from an email that is sent (but not referenced in the course). If you check your email, there should be instructions. There's additionally an "eBook Help" tab in the course outline in the right, though the first several times I clicked that, there was no content on the right side (though it did eventually show up after 20 minutes or so).

The second lab has the same problem. A photo, but no instructions, buttons, or other guidance.

Hi @jeremyduffy

For this, did you get the lab instance? If yes the login in lab instance, go to Self - service --> knowledge and there you will get the resources to download.

Hi AG,

I did what you said but it took my browser to an error page that said,

Sorry, the link has expired.
The link was set to expire after a certain amount of time. Please contact the person who shared this link with you.

Do you know where/how I would get this resolved?
