How long does it take for a case in NowLearning to get resolved?

Hi All,
I ran into an issue with a pre-requisite when taking a ServiceNow exam and was told by a WebAssessor moderator to log a case with certification@servicenow.com. I managed to create a case through NowLearning but I haven't got a reply and it has been almost 1 week.
My exam voucher is no longer listed in my WebAssessor account and I am looking to get my certification sooner rather than later.
Could anyone kindly let me know if there are any alternative ways to get my issue resolved?

Depends on the priorty and the number of cases. There is no SLAs 🙂

There are no specific SLA's but mostly it depends on the priority of the case.
Please follow up on the case summary page by updating the ticket that you created
