How much time will it take to link Webassessor and now learning Account?

Its been almost 5 days since I raised the case regarding linking my Webassessor account to Now learning account still no response received from Service Now. As I have completed the exam prerequisites too and received the voucher to book an CSA Exam but unable to use it. Is there any other way to contact them regarding this issue?

Contacting ServiceNow through a Now Learning case is the only way to go. Some people might mention to email, though that will automatically create a Now Learning case... which you already did.

It is a known thing that responses on Now Learning cases can take days or even weeks unfortunately 😞
