How to Check Whether Your Instructor‑Led Course Request Is Pending or Rejected (HCL)

I submitted a request for an Instructor‑Led Course through ServiceNow partner portal in ServiceNow university, but I haven’t received any approval or rejection notification yet. I checked my email (including Junk). Could anyone please guide me on how to check whether my request is still pending approval or if it has been rejected?

You must get email once it is confirmed, if no update , log a case with SN Now learning team.

This was how I was able to review my request in 2025. Also, you can contact a representative in your organisation, there's always somebody dealing with trainings, certs and partner portal..
