How to link Webassessor to Now learning?

Hi guys, 

I have completed CSA certification in webassessor, and it is showing in the Webassessor account under certifications tab. 

But am not able to see it in Now learning. How to link webassessor to Now learning to take Rome Delta exam or the certification will expire

Hi @S@I 

at Nowlearning you can enter your email which you have used to register. That email has to be entered at NowLearning by clicking on your avatar image.

Please note:
It takes up to 24h until your certification is visible at Nowlearning

For me this is how it looks in my learning

I dont see an option to enter the webassessor email address. Any idea what could be the issue

I'm sorry, I don't why you cannot enter the email address. You could raise a support ticket in the NowLearning portal.

Hello @Nik_07  and @Maik Skoddow,

in this case click on "Profile", then scroll down.
On the left side (left pane) you will then see "My Preferences" > "Webassessor Email Address"

Hopefully this helps others in the future who are reading this discussion.
