I have just completed the course: ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals, and at the end it mentions that you should request and maintain your own PDI. I have a PDI now but the instance is missing a critical application that I had available in the filter search of the student instance.
The entire "Reports" application. (Reports > View / Run). Reports > Create New. etc.
Below is a screenshot of my PDI, searching for "/ r" as the shortcut to Reports. (I have tried all other searches as well)
What I am expecting to find is the below screenshot:
This is the student instance that has the Reports application set up.
My question is how do I replicate this in the PDI? Is it missing a plugin I need to install? Or is the Report application something that comes pre-loaded in student instance but needs to be built in the PDI?
Appreciate any insight if anybody else has come across this!

Hi @EricKPMG
The steps you're referring to are applicable to older versions or those earlier than Xanadu. In the Xanadu version, these steps are no longer valid since reports have been moved under Platform Analytics.
If you still wish to access reports the old way:
- Navigate to the Application Navigator.
- Use
sys_report.LIST
.
or
under visualization
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @EricKPMG ,
It's great that you've completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course and are actively exploring your Personal Developer Instance (PDI). Following the steps provided by @Dr Atul G- LNG , this behavior is expected in the Xanadu version of ServiceNow. In this version, reporting functionality has been reorganized and moved under Platform Analytics, which changes how reports are accessed.
I hope this helps clarify the changes and provides the information you need to work with reports in your PDI.

Hi @EricKPMG
That's the 'Admin Home' page. Navigate to Admin > Admin Home as per this screenshot:
At some point, when using the Now Learning instance, you must have favorited it and renamed it as 'Reports - View / Run'

Thank you for the reply Simon. I don't think that is the issue, I did favorite the "view/run" but the screenshot shows results from the Filter ALL search. I think the other comments seem closer to what is going on, I will review them as well. Appreciate your input!
