How to update my alternate email in CTA registration

Hi All,

can anyone please suggest me a way to view/update my alternate email which I have put during CTA registration?

I raised cases to understand the process but unfortunately didn’t receive any reply.

I think, till the time you get acceptance / rejection you cant change / update. You need to wait for reply.
