Hi @bbhanu,

Are you referring to your PDI (Personal Dev Instance)?

If a PDI is not used for extended periods, typically over 24-48 hours, an instance will hibernate.

You can simply login in the SN Developer site where you will see an option to 'wake' the instance.

The SN Developer site is: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

Hi @bbhanu ,

Log in through https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home to wake up your instance.

HI @bbhanu

Do you still have an issue or it's sorted out? To wake up the instance you can log in to developer.service-now.com and there you see the option to wake up. Are you sure it's sleeping or it is unavailable or offline?
