HRSD Certification Exam.

I am preparing for the CIS‑HR exam. If I thoroughly study the official ServiceNow HRSD eBook and understand it deeply, will that be enough to clear the exam, or should I refer to additional resources as well? IF yes form which resources with links. Kindly guide.

Hi @abdulhannan,

go through the eBook a couple of times and that shall be sufficient.

However I recommend you to get familar with Employee Journey and integratoin topics as much as possible. Also the roles, who can do what, was asked a lot.

• Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.

• Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.

• Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.

Hope you have completed all the labs, gone through the eBook as well & prepared important points to revise all the topics in one go.  That's more enough to clear the certification.
