I am currently taking the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation On Demand course in now learning and I realized there isn't a redemption code available to claim the eBook to get the labs done. I was wondering if anyone has come across this. I have created a support case but there has been no response to that from now-learning. any info on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Not all courses come with eBooks. The support would be best able to advise you on that but I am fairly certain that the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementation On Demand just doesn't come with an eBook although it does come with a voucher for CIS-HR upon successful completion. The eBook for the HR Implementation would come with one of the instructor-led classes (Fundamentals or Implementation). If you have opened a support case - you have done all there is to do. And don't get discouraged if the course doesn't come with an eBook - that usually just means the information contained within the course and the shared resources is complete, factual and structured in a way as to guide the learner through all of the necessary topics.

Sometimes, these tech courses can have glitches. I've faced similar issues before. You've done the right thing by creating a support case, but it can take a bit for them to respond. Hang in there, and hopefully, they'll resolve it soon. In the meantime, maybe check their forums or community for any tips from others who might have encountered the same problem. And next time, choose a reliable platform, like hrdf claimable courses. Keep up the good work with your course!
