I am unable to login to Now Learning

I understand that everyone should be able to login to Now Learning - when I login I get an error message "user not recognised" How do I fix this error? I have tried resetting the password.

Hi,
I think the username that you are using to login is not correct. Could you check by logging into your developer instance and see if you are able to login with the same username.

Hi,
Okay. so were you able to login to developer.servicenow.com. If yes, try logging in there first and then access nowlearning site and see if it still asks for login. Technically it shall not ask for login, as there is sso and it shall redirect you to now learning website with logged in.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I'm getting the following errors: "Unique key violation detected by database" & "User not found"
