I am unable to login to Now Learning

I understand that everyone should be able to login to Now Learning - when I login I get an error message "user not recognised" How do I fix this error? I have tried resetting the password.

I am getting "Invalid insert... aborting..." error while login to nowlearning. Auto logout is happening.

Not facing issue in login to developer instance with same credentials.

Hi, I am trying to log into NowLearning so that I can take my Delta Exam.  I no longer work for the SN Partner that where i got my cert.  Is Now Learning the only place that i go to to access my cert and stay up to date?  Attached is the screenshot of that I get after I log in.
