I CAN'T CLAIM MY VOUCHER

Hi All,

I can't claim my voucher it keeps saying prerequisites required and i have completed both the learning path and the simulator task. i have also raised a support case but am not getting any response at all. This is really frustrating, any idea on how to go about it?

This happened with me as well.

this is how i resolved :

1. Click on "Prerequisites requited " button:

2. It will take you to the path of the prerequisites items which you will have to complete first before you can claim the voucher.

3. Those prerequisites includes " Linking your webassesor account ID to Now Learning ID.

In nowlearning portal> MY profile> Preferences> you can link it.

some CMDB 5 min course and fundamentals course.

It mainly gets stuck because of your Webassesor account ID linking.

Thank you for responding, I have linked my webassesor account ID to the Now learning ID. I have also gone through the CMDB course like u mentioned again,its still the same.

I have completed the course content` but the progress still says 36%

I even have the Eligibility Badge

I am just really confused about what to do next and I am still yet to get any response on the support case i created,

i really need to get this voucher so i can take the exam. I would very much appreciate any suggestions right now.

Hello,

I can understand your frustration, I had something similar happen to me for the APM course and subsequent voucher.

If you've successfully completed all the prerequisites and have the badge(s) mentioned when you click on it, then unfortunately, this was something only the SN Now Learning team could help with. You don't want to hear this, but your case is going to be the best way to get this resolved otherwise, you can attempt to email: training@servicenow.com - but you may not get a response there either.

They're somewhat backed up at this point and it takes about 10 days to get a response it seems.

Otherwise, please complete all of the prerequisites.

     Thank you, I think i would take my chance and send the email because i have completed the required prerequisites and have no idea what to do next, its really frustrating.
