Hello! In the NOW Learning Platform - there are two types of accreditation paths related to sales - "Pre-Sales" and "Sales"
Pre-Sales is defined as "Become a ServiceNow accredited pre-sales expert so you can introduce and position ServiceNow products and solutions."
Sales is defined as "Become a ServiceNow sales expert to show you have all the knowledge to introduce, position, and sell ServiceNow products and solutions"
Can someone help me with more information on the difference between these two accreditation tracks? Thanks!

Hi,
I see that you're with Deloitte? They're a large SN partner and most likely you all would have a pre-sales and sales team. With that said, those accreditations would be positioned towards those specific groups as their needs may vary. One is about positioning products, the other is about positioning the sales component.
I'd recommend reaching out to your peers for how Deloitte expressly defines these to know which to focus on.

Thank you! I'm specifically interested in these accreditation paths to further my knowledge and awareness of ServiceNow products so I can better advise clients and identify opportunities to transition client systems and workflows to ServiceNow. Is one or the other better from that perspective?

Hi
I wrote a reply here, but it must not have posted.
The differences have been mentioned above. I'd recommend taking one set topic and then reviewing the pre-sales and sales accreditation material for both and then seeing which one more so aligns with your current duties.
