Hi.
When ever I try to log into ServiceNow University it gets stuck in an endless cycle of logging in and getting redirected back to the homepage. I get through username, password, and authenticator before it starts flipping back and forth.
It doesn't matter whether I log in directly on the University page or if I log into another ServiceNow site first and then open the ServiceNow University URL to let it automatically log me in.
I've tested this on my work computer (Edge and FireFox) and also on my private computer (Google Chrome). I also did a full clean of temporary files, cookies etc. in Google Chrome and restarted the browser to test again.
Additionally I tested login in an In-Private browser session.
Does anyone know of a solution to this?

Hi @Martin Kj_r,
that's something really strange 😮
it seems that you are not authenticated:
Can you please share the exact link that you try to access?
Eventually navigate to this:
- Community - ✅ (you wrote this post)
- University - https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home
- Developer Portal - https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
- Docs - https://www.servicenow.com/docs/
- SN Homepage - https://www.servicenow.com/
Can you access any of the above links?
If you happen to log in any of them, see the "Learning" tab in the menu, that could hopefully get to the University as well:
Not sure if this helps you if cannot log in but I will share it anyways: ServiceNow University Support and Feedback FAQs
Last but not least, try to repeat it later - accessing from different machines as well as browsers, clearing history/cache and using incognito is the most you can do... there's ongoing transition between exam facilitators and perhaps this is some temporary interruption or not :)))
Let me know how it goes, if you will not manage it I will try to find some way how to raise a case on your behalf. Feel free to DM to avoid sharing your email address publicly (envelope icon in the top of this page).
Good luck

Hi GlideFather.
Thanks for your reply. I think I have all of these answered in my OP except for the specific URL to the University page: https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home
But to sum it up I can log into all of the other sites you have provided, the only site causing problems is the University site.
It happens across several computers and browsers and also in inkognito/In-Private mode.
The experience is the same whether I use the direct link to the University site, from a web search or from the University links at the top of the other sites.
I can see the support article you have linked to: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/get-started-with-servicenow-university-resources/now-learning...
But to open a support case I need to log in which is currently the issue.
I even tried logging in directly on the Learning Help Center page as is linked to in that KB, but as it is still on the Learning site I get the same issue with logging in again.

Can you DM me the email that you're trying to use? I can attempt to see if something is going on with the account.

Excuse my ignorance, but how do I DM you?
I can't seem to find a button for that anywhere on your profile?
