After I log in to my account, I can't access the ServiceNow University homepage. It's either a blank page, an "Oops" dialog box with Arabic in it, or it tells me I can't use my account ID. I've attached different things I see after trying to log in, and I don't know what else to do. I also tried clearing my cache and accessing it in incognito mode, but nothing worked.
P.S. - I've tried logging in on both my work and personal laptop. Still doesn't work.

Hi @JustinAguda
- It could be backend localization glitch - Use Incognito/InPrivate Mode of browser to bypass stored credentials.
- Try to login URL - https://signon.service-now.com/sso -> Click on ServiceNow University icon to open your account

The login URL you provided worked for me. I find it weird that I can only log in via a specific URL rather than through SNOW University. Thank you, Tanushree.
