I cannot access ServiceNow University after logging in

After I log in to my account, I can't access the ServiceNow University homepage. It's either a blank page, an "Oops" dialog box with Arabic in it, or it tells me I can't use my account ID. I've attached different things I see after trying to log in, and I don't know what else to do. I also tried clearing my cache and accessing it in incognito mode, but nothing worked.
P.S. - I've tried logging in on both my work and personal laptop. Still doesn't work.
