I have 2 Webassessor accounts one is with my personal email id and 2nd is with my official email id, Please suggest how can we merge 2 accounts and have only one with my personal email id

Hi,

I have 2 Webassessor accounts with my personal and official email id and I have CSA certification in my personal email id and I have scheduled an exam for CIS-ITSM in my official account. Now I want to merge the 2 accounts and have only one with my personal email id, can we transfer CIS-ITSM certification to my personal email id. Can anyone please suggest?

Hello, the best way I have found is to send them an email to this address certification@servicenow.com with the request since the platform by default does not have the possibility to perform this operation.
