Hi @SankarasubrC

In company portal , I just give 1 year validity ( though its fully depends on Next release).

You can follow the same.

The default setting in the portal is currently 1 year. You can verify this, but no default number is displayed, as per the guideline. @SankarasubrC

Hi @SankarasubrC

Regarding Certificate Number

NOTEFor exams completed in Pearson VUE, the certificate number is not displayed. For additional information, see Managing certification visibility on the Certification Verification Portal.

Regarding Expired Certifications

The mainline certifications remain valid for life, provided you complete the required Delta exams whenever they are released. If you miss a Delta exam within the designated completion window, your certification will expire.

In addition, you may be required to pay the certification maintenance fee, depending on the certification program requirements. During each Delta exam cycle, ServiceNow provides information about the maintenance process and associated requirements. You can find more details at the link below.

Thank you. Need to update the certificate number and expiry date in portal (mandatory fields).

The default setting in the portal is currently 1 year. You can verify this, but no default number is displayed, as per the guideline. @SankarasubrC

Hi @SankarasubrC

The certification does not have a published expiration date.

However, to keep your certification active, you must take and pass the Delta exam after each new release within the required timeframe. Failure to complete the Delta exam on time will result in the certification expiring.

All High-Stakes (Mainline) Certification holders must complete the Maintenance (Delta) Exams(opens in a new tab) to keep their certification current. After two maintenance (delta exam) windows(opens in a new tab), a yearly maintenance fee is assessed.

Note: You can not skip any Delta, otherwise your certificate will be expired.

Refer: Maintain Your Certification - Maintenance Exams (Delta)
