After making the payment, I was supposed to receive an email within 10 minutes, but it's now been over an hour, and I still haven't received it. Without the voucher code, I'm unable to book the CSA exam.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What solutions are available?

Left side - You will see - Voucher 

Please check there.

 

if it is still not there , log a Now Learning case asap with all details.

Hi,

There is an ongoing issue with vouchers, that is probably the cause.

Did you find any solution?  I am facing the same problem.

@Pooja_29  I raised an Ticket for the same but before their solution next day I got my voucher email automatically so would recommend you to wait for an day else raise ticket for the same

Go to Now learning platform and check if you complete all pre-requisite for CSA , then you can check voucher in servicenow learning platform voucher section.
