We are excited to announce the training and certification schedule for the ServiceNow Now® Platform San Diego release. Mark your calendars today with the important 2022 San Diego release dates below for training courses, certification exams, and accreditations in both English and non-English.
To incorporate the Next Experience on the Now Platform San Diego release, two additional weeks have been added to the usual timeframe between the general release and new course availability.
March
- March: General availability of San Diego release
April
- April 20: Rome Mainline Certification exam window closes
- April 21 – May 4: Mainline Certification Exam blackout period
- Testers cannot view the Mainline exam catalog, register for a Mainline Certification exam, or complete exams.
- April 25: San Diego ILT (Instructor-Led Training) courses available
- April 26: San Diego on-demand courses available
May
- May 5: San Diego Mainline Certification exams available
- May 5 – August 3: San Diego Delta Exam window opens
- Certification holders have ninety days to complete Delta exam(s).
- May 5 – August 3: San Diego Sales and Pre-sales Accreditations window opens
- Partners have ninety days to complete Accreditation exam(s).
August
- August 3: San Diego Delta exam window closes
