In lab 4.2.1 Service offering | is | Infinity(HHD) unable to see Service Offering

Hi,

 

I am unable to get the Service Offering to show up in the following step in section  4.2.1: Description: u_holographic_handheld_hhd_user role required to read HHD incident records

Hi there! Have you:

  1. Done labs 3.2.1, 3.3.1 & 4.1.1 in the same instance?
  2. If you go to All > System Definitions > Tables, is the Holographic Handheld HHD [u_cmdb_ci_hardware_hhd] table in the list?
  3. And just checking just to make sure - you're not impersonating anyone, right? You're logged in as the systems administrator?

To be honest, I also had a hiccup in the curriculum where options weren't showing up for me, and coming back to it after a couple of days cleared it up. So it could just be a weird cookies/cache display glitch.
