Go to ServiceNow University learning help center and create a case, typically they provide help within few hours

@ShikhaG You can request the credentials email to be sent again. Go to the Course and look under eBook tab. You can also try the reset option if you have changed the original password. Unfortunately they cannot be downloaded. Else, I would have shared you directly.

HI @rajumunta
thank you for your response, the response brings me to a question, is it something that for every release there is seperate fundamental course we will be going through?

Hello @ShikhaG -
For all new version from ServiceNow there is course published and old one is retired. These new courses will have only slight difference with latest addition of topic rest all part remains same.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards

Hi @ShikhaG
Technically yes, but it’s not easy — and I can’t possibly get a new eBook for every release. I still have the old CSA book (which I really like) from 4–5 releases back and I’ve used it. When the release changes on the exam side, only about 3–5 questions might actually change — the rest stay the same. What’s more important is to sit for the exam: your basics must be clear, and the eBook + training are always the most reliable sources of truth.
