Step: Form Tasks (Content)
I am trying to complete the following:
Task Instructions:
1. Navigate to All > Problem > Create New.
2. Fill out the form:
Category: Network
Service: IT Services
Impact: 2 - Medium
Urgency: 2 - Medium
Assignment group: Network
Problem statement: Unable to connect to network server.
Description: The department network server seems to be going down multiple times a week and I currently can't connect to it. We would like a more permanent solution.
Notice when you set the value of Urgency to Medium, the Priority automatically changes to “3-Moderate”.
3. Select the Form Context Menu to Save the record.
4. Select the Form Context Menu and select Create Favorite. Then, select More in the Favorite added pop-up.
5. Select any icon and any color.
6. Select Save edits.
7. Select Go to activity stream in the form header or navigate to the section of the form where you can keep track of any Work Notes on the problem.
I completed every step but upon validation I am still getting the following:
"Did you create a favorite for the Problem record?"
I am sure I did, as you can see marked with the star and in the favorites menu.
Can someone advise?

Try this first — skip the other steps and directly check Step 3.
Sometimes it works with just a reload.
If that doesn’t help, follow the steps below in order:
1. Open the problem from Platform view (not SOW).
Right-click on the header and select “Create Favorite.”
2. Pick any icon and color, then click “Done.”

3. The favorite won’t appear immediately — reload the page, and it should show up.
