Hello community, I finished the IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals On Demand but the module is not complete. Isn't 95% enough? Thank you.

Hi @pauloconsta ,

 

80 % is enough to successfully complete but better to complete it 100%, not only it to be marked completed but for your own understanding and experience as well.

Hi @pauloconsta 

  • go section by section
    • ensure that all the lessons are marked and not "In progress":

  • in the career journey, click on the "Resume" button for the ITSM Fundamentals and reload the page

 

  • Ensure that you click on Complete button on the class (somewhere around the Validate task button),
    • if you didn't, please do so,
    • if you did, try any of the following steps:
  • Try it several times, with clearing cache and using different browsers to unstuck it 😛 this sometimes happens but don't worry.
  • If nothing helps, contact ServiceNow by the Help centre (top of the screen) and Create case.
