Hello

I passed Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics micro-certification. If i go and take the ITSM exam, and pass the exam. Do i get (ITSM) Professional Suite Certification? Thanks

Once you take the ITSM exam, you need to complete all the necessary trainings and micro-certifications-

Note- you can skip the optional courses

Once you complete all these you should earn a professional suite certificate.

Did you completed the ITSM Training , which is important for the exam. ITSM mainly cover

Foundation Data

Knowledge

CMDB / CSDM

Incident

Change

Problem

Release and

Bit of SPM and Now create.

The exam will be from these topics only .

I had playlist on channel if you want to learn ITSM. But for exam you need to complete the ITSM Training from Now learning only.

If you are doing self funded, it will cost you approx $1000 for training and Exam.
