ITSM Implementation on demand

Hello

I'm currently taking IT Service Management Implementation On Demand. I wonder is there an ebook for this course? I took ITSM fundamental and it has ebook but this one it's saying it does. But i couldn't find the ebook for it. I see alot stories for the labs. It's tough to do those labs without ebook with steps by steps. If anyone who took the ITSM implementation course from Nowlearning, let me know. I wonder if you have the same issue or not. Or the course doesn't have an ebook.

It's not there. I only had ITSM fundamental ebook but not the ITSM implementation ebook.

According to when I took the course, there are only one ebook available - This is the one you already claimed.

It doesn't seem to be right. For each of the lab number, it's saying "Using the Table of Contents in your eBook, navigate to the optional Lab number. How are we supposed to do these labs? Are we gonna have to figure it out on our way?
