I got my CSA in October and CAD in December, now it says they're at risk and expiring April 15th, with Zero, that is, absolutely no explanation of why or how to remediate. I just paid over $2000 for both of these courses and tests.
Can anyone help me understand? Frustrated.
One would think, that if these were at risk, and I clicked on the item where it said it were at risk, I would be given some explanation of why and how to fix. UX suggestion...SN

Hi @jaycoover
You should see a notice similar to the attached when you log into Now Learning. Click on the provided links for details and an explanation of the annual certification maintenance fee and the associated delta exams.
Also, see this excellent article by @Allen Andreas:

I don't see how to schedule the exam anywhere. I have no links to do so on my now learning home page, though various articles suggest I should. I can find the study guides, no problem. My web assessor account is linked. I just don't see a way to register for the exam anywhere. I'm also not sure why this couldn't have been made easier to get from point A to point B. Again, poor UX.

Hi @jaycoover
You don't need to book/schedule the delta exams, you can just take them on demand. But I agree, the process seems a bit broken this year.
ServiceNow telegraphed a couple of months ago that the delta window would open today (Jan 15) and I'm guessing they have struggled to hit their own deadline smoothly, because others are reporting problems finding the links, etc.
But don't worry, there's no rush, you've got 3 months to sit the deltas. In fact, the general advice from those who have been around a while is to park this for at least a couple of weeks until they get the early glitches ironed out.
I agree, it's not a great look for a company whose core business is workflow solutions. But these things happen.
