You can hover over the bubbles and it will display the full name of either project/demands

I would prefer to have all of them display, so I'm not hovering over dozen+ bubbles...is it possible?

How to assign multiple project managers for a single project. It is highly possible to have more than one project managers assigned. How to handle? We have only one project manager field in project form

You can add an additional PM field to your implementation, but the ServiceNow philosophy is to have one person ultimately responsible/assigned to every type of task.

It is a good question. There is capability to customize the chart size including width and height of the chart in pixels. I believe the default is 600 and 450, respectively. Changing the chart size may provide additional text to display; however this will also depend on the number of characters used in the project/demand name.
Bear in mind, if you do have a dozen+bubbles, displaying the full text name of each project/demand will be very hard to read especially if they overlap.

How would you manage BAU type changes where you have various defects/incidents and enhancements that are bundled together in a release? Items are not associated to any projects but are maintenance type changes. Would you treat all of the changes as a maintenance project with multiple deployments throughout the fiscal year?

Hi Diana,
In my opinion, these are mostly BAU type changes and mostly don;t need a project to be stood up. You can block certain time of your resources to work on operational tasks so that it reflects proper resource capacity.
These smaller pieces of work can be managed within the ITIL process of change management.
I hope this makes sense.

To piggyback off of what Steve said, you can add an additional PM field on the form. I have seen, especially in non-technical industries, whereby the need to show multiple project managers, for example, between a business project manager and a technical project manager.
Keep in mind, there is also a "Watch List"; if you need to further align additional individuals to the project for visibility.

We have a release management feature that allows you to do that type of thing. https://docs.servicenow.com/search?q=Release+Management. If these are being worked on via a set of agile stories and sprints, you could use our Agile Management features to manage and track these and then use release management to move them into production.

I’m in the Prioritize on Objective section of the Lab. When I impersonate Megan I only see the Upgrade Database demand not the Customer Mobile Application demand. Did I do something wrong?

If you hover over the bubbles you would see pertinent info which includes Risk, Value and Size. Right click on the Demand bubble and you could create a project out of it or access a link into the Demand.

OOTB it is a PM assigned to a Project. However, within a Project Record you could have Sub Projects associated where different PMs can be assigned.

Quick question - can you please provide which 'related list' to add to the project record to show all change requests created for the project, as a whole (ie aggregation of all change requests created from tasks within the project)? TY!

Check that you clicked on Screen for the Upgrade Database demand (Step 5 in the Prioritize on Objectives section).

In order to see the aggregate of all change requests from tasks within the project, you would need to configure the "Project Task Link -> Top Project" related list.
